校园水体夏季细菌内毒素水平调查及吸入暴露风险评价

摘  要:当前,再生水及景观水体的吸入风险日益引起关注,文中通过终点显色法及凝胶法对校园内3个周边行人量较大的水体进行水及大气细菌内毒素水平调查并进行吸入风险评价。结果表明:校园内3处湖水A、B、C的内毒素水平分别为(41.93±3.18)、(56.97±5.78)、(217.32±13.82)EU/mL;湖水A、B、C、喷泉A开启时,周边大气中内毒素水平分别为(56.98±7.58)、(83.63±7.09)、(183.62±14.28)、(210.42±20.11)EU/m^(3)。调查结果表明,校园内部分水体周边大气存在内毒素水平较高情况,喷洒条件下大气内毒素水平可上升2.55~4.81倍。通过气溶胶内毒素非致癌吸入风险评估,正常步行经过等短时间接触校园水体无内毒素吸入过量风险,但应避免长时间停留及高频率暴露,特别是喷泉等景观水体应考虑其潜在风险并施加防护措施。At present,the inhalation risk of reclaimed water and landscape water bodies are attracting more and more attention.By end-point colorimetric method and gel method,this paper investigated the levels of bacterial endotoxins in water and atmosphere of three water bodies with large pedestrians on campus.In addition,it introduced the assessment of inhalation exposure risk related to this issue.Results showed that the endotoxin levels of campus water bodies A,B,and C were(41.93±3.18),(56.97±5.78),(217.32±13.82)EU/mL,respectively.When the fountain of water body A was open,the endotoxin levels in the atmosphere of water bodies A,B,C and fountain A were(56.98±7.58),(83.63±7.09),(183.62±14.28),(210.42±20.11)EU/m^(3),respectively.Results showed that there were high levels of endotoxins in the atmosphere surrounding some water bodies on campus,and atmospheric endotoxins could increase by 2.55 to 4.81 times under spraying conditions.Through aerosol endotoxin non-carcinogenic inhalation risk assessment,there is no risk of excessive endotoxin inhalation in short-term exposure to campus waters such as normal walking,while long-term stays and high-frequency exposure should be avoided.Particularly,for landscape water bodies such as fountains,potential risks should be put into consideration and protective measures should be took.
