基于CiteSpace的大型医用设备管理研究热点和趋势可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国大型医用设备的研究现状、热点及趋势,为该领域的后续研究提供借鉴。方法利用CiteSpace软件对基于CNKI数据库检索的691篇相关文献进行文献计量及可视化分析。结果国内大型医用设备的研究文献量保持在一个比较稳定的水平,2010—2013年的研究侧重于大型医用设备的规划和配置,2014—2020年的研究则更侧重于大型医用设备的绩效评价和效益分析,2021年开始进行大型医用设备的全生命周期管理研究。国内大型医用设备的研究形成了3个作者合作集群,跨机构的合作研究较少,学者们的研究和探讨围绕大型医用设备的配置和管理进行,效益分析贯穿整个研究的始终。结论大型医用设备的绩效评价、全生命周期管理和信息化管理是未来的研究热点和趋势。Objective To provide reference for follow-up research in the field of large medical equipment by analyzing the current situation,research hotspots and trends in China.Methods Bibliometric and visual analysis of 691 related literatures based on CNKI database retrieval were conducted by using CiteSpace software.Results The amount of domestic large medical equipment research literature remained at a relatively stable level.Studies from 2010 to 2013 focused on planning and configuration of large medical equipment,while those from 2014 to 2020 focused more on performance evaluation and benefit analysis.Life-cycle management studies began in 2021.Three author collaborative clusters had been formed in the research of large medical equipment in China,and there were few cross-institution cooperative studies.The research and discussion focused on the configuration and management of large medical equipment,and benefit analysis ran through the whole research.Conclusion Performance evaluation,life-cycle management and information management of large medical equipment will be the research hotspots and trends in the future.
