摘 要:盾构施工中注浆是非常重要的一环,但实际工程中可能会出现由于注浆量不足而引起的非整环注浆,造成较大的土体扰动。文中分析了盾构隧道施工中非整环注浆对地表位移的影响,用体积膨胀来模拟注浆效果,基于随机介质理论推导了非整环注浆膨胀引起的土体位移计算公式;分析了不同隧道埋深、膨胀区半径对地表位移的影响。研究结果表明,文中方法计算得到的横向地表变形曲线大致呈对称分布,非整环注浆计算所得的纵向地表变形在不考虑土体损失情况下大致以注浆位置为中心对称;隧道埋深越浅,地表沉降最大值增大越明显;膨胀区半径取较小时,即注浆量较小时,注浆造成的隆起会减小,但因为未完全有效填充间隙,沉降最大值会逐渐增大。Grouting is a very important part in shield construction. In practical engineering, non-integral domain grouting may occur due to insufficient grouting amount, resulting in large soil disturbance. The influence of non-integral domain grouting on surface deformation in shield tunnel construction is analysed. The grouting effect is simulated by volume expansion process. The calculation formula of soil displacement caused by non-integral grouting expansion is deduced based on random medium theory. The effects of different tunnel depth and expansion zone radius on surface displacement are analyzed. The results show that the transverse surface deformation curves calculated by this method are roughly symmetrical. The longitudinal surface deformation calculated by non-integral grouting is roughly symmetrical cantered on the grouting position without considering the soil loss. The shallower the tunnel is buried, the more obvious the increase of the maximum surface settlement is. If the radius of expansion zone is small,that is, grouting quantity is small, the uplift caused by grouting will be reduced, but the maximum settlement will gradually increase because the gap is not fully and effectively filled.
