摘 要:多维振动试验技术应用在细长体振动试验中能够提高试验模拟真实性。介绍了细长体多维振动试验方法,分析了振动控制中存在的过试验问题。针对细长体多维振动试验加速度限幅控制方法存在的不足,提出了基于截面动态弯矩限幅的多维振动控制方法。设计试验对基于截面动态弯矩限幅的多维振动控制方法进行了应用和验证,结果表明该方法能够有效地评估试件结构的受载状态,为振动限幅条件的制定提供依据,从而保证试验加载的安全性。该研究为细长体多维振动试验的精细化实施提供了参考。The application of multi-dimension vibration test technology on slender structure can improve the authenticity of test simulation.The multi-dimension vibration test method on slender structure was introduced,and the over test problem of vibration control was analyzed.The multi-dimension vibration control method based on dynamic bending moment limiting of cabin section was proposed aiming at the shortcoming of acceleration limiting control method in multi-dimension vibration test of slender structure.An experiment was designed to apply and validate the multi-dimension vibration control method based on dynamic bending moment limiting of cabin section.The result showed that the method can effectively evaluate the loaded state of missile structure,and it provided a basis for the formulation of vibration limiting conditions,so as to ensure the safety of test loading.This study provides a reference for the fine implementation of multi-dimensional vibration test technology of slender structure.
