摘　　要：当脏腑发生生理或病理改变时,体表相关经穴会随之出现一定变化。迄今为止人们已从各个角度对脏腑-经穴相关现象的机制进行了大量探究,取得了丰富的研究成果。本研究针对病理状态下的穴区疼痛、电阻改变、温度和血流灌注量的改变这几种经穴的特异性改变,结合历年人们对穴区生物、理化等微观机制的研究,对其可能的机制进行关联及综述,以期为疾病状态下脏腑-经穴相关现象的机制研究提供更多思路。When physiological or pathological changes occur in Zang-Fu organs,certain changes will occur in the relevant meridians and acupoints on the body surface.So far,people have done a lot of research on the mechanism of Zang-Fu and acupoints related phenomena from various angles,and achieved rich research results.In this study,the specific changes of acupoints,such as pain,electrical resistance,temperature and blood perfusion in pathological state are observed and assessed in combination with the research on the micro mechanisms of biology,physics and chemistry in acupoint area over the years,in order to provide more ideas for the mechanism research of Zang-Fu and acupoints related phenomena in pathological state.
