《针灸大成》中百会穴定位探析

摘　　要：《针灸大成》是明代著名医家杨继洲汇编的针灸学巨著,该书具有享誉世界的影响力,百会穴隶属督脉,是临床常用穴位,其定位方法历来是医家讨论的热点,《针灸大成》中关于百会穴定位方法的描述主要包括:“去前发际五寸,后发际七寸”“在顶中陷中”“可容豆”“直两耳尖”“顶中央旋毛中”“正在顶之巅”,涵盖了骨度分寸定位法、体表标志定位法和简便取穴法,这些方法与“前后发际”“头顶处凹陷”“耳尖”以及“发旋”4个参照物密切关联,各有优缺点,需配合运用。本研究从以上4个参照物入手,通过对《针灸大成》中关于百会穴定位条文的具体分析,结合古今文献研究,探究百会穴的定位,以期协助临床取得更佳疗效。Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is a masterpiece of acupuncture and moxibustion compiled by YANG Jizhou,a famous doctor in Ming Dynasty.The book has world-renowned influence.Baihui(DU20)point belongs to DU20 meridian,it is a commonly used acupoint in clinic and its location has always been a hot topic discussed by doctors.The description of DU20 location in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion mainly includes‘five inches from front hairline,seven inches from rear hairline’,‘in the depression on the top of head’,‘be able to hold beans’,‘on the straight of tip of ears’,‘in the middle of hair-whirlpools on head’,and‘at the top of head’.The location methods cover acupoint-located method by bone proportional Cun,acupoint-located method by anatomical landmark and the simple method for locating acupoint.These methods are closely related to the four references of‘front and rear hairline’,‘depression on the top of head’,‘tip of ears’and‘hair-whirlpools’,which have their own advantages and disadvantages,and needed to be used together.This study started with the above four references,explored the location of DU20 through the specific lines related to the location of DU20 in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,combined with ancient and modern literature researches,in order to achieve better curative effect.
