摘　　要：目的比较阿托品压抑疗法和遮盖疗法治疗小儿弱视的效果。方法根据疗法方案差异将60例弱视患儿分为遮盖组(n=30,遮盖疗法)和压抑组(n=30,阿托品压抑疗法)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果压抑组的治疗总有效率高于遮盖组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,压抑组的弱视眼裸眼视力(UCVA)和最佳矫正视力(BCVA)显著高于遮盖组和治疗前(P<0.05)。压抑组的双眼立体视觉重建总有效率、治疗总依从率高于遮盖组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托品压抑疗法治疗小儿弱视的效果优于遮盖疗法。Objective To compare the effects of atropine suppression therapy and occlusion therapy in the treatment of amblyopia in children.Methods Sixty amblyopia children were divided into covering group(n=30,occlusion therapy)and suppression group(n=30,atropine suppression therapy)according to the difference of treatment schemes.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the depression group was higher than that in the covering group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA)and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of amblyopic eyes in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the covering group and before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of binocular stereovision reconstruction and treatment total compliance rate in the depression group were higher than those in the covering group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of atropine suppression therapy on children with amblyopia is better than that of occlusion therapy.
