摘 要:为提高变负荷工况下DC/DC变换器的稳定性,此处以Buck-Boost型双向DC/DC变换器为研究对象,研究了变负荷工况下变换器的控制策略,以及两机并联运行的下垂控制策略。首先给出DC/DC变换器的拓扑和基本控制框图,其次研究了一种基于负载电流前馈补偿算法,该算法能实现负载切换时输出电压的快速恢复。并提出外接电源下的充放电控制切换策略,通过采样电池电流与负载电压,实现充电与放电的快速切换。最后针对两机并联运行工况,提出基于电感电流下垂的均流控制方法,实现两模块均分电流的控制效果。通过样机实验验证了控制策略的有效性与可行性。In order to improve the stability of DC/DC converter under variable load condition,Buck-Boost bi-directional DC/DC converter is took as the research object,the control strategy of converter under variable load condition and droop control of two converters in parallel are studied.Firstly,the topology and basic control block diagram of DC/DC converter are given.Secondly,a feedforward compensation algorithm based on load current is studied,which can realize the fast recovery of output voltage under load switching.Charge-discharge switching control strategy under external power supply is proposed.By sampling load current and voltage,the fast switching between charging and discharging is achieved.Finally,a current sharing method based on inductive current droop is proposed to realize the control effect of current sharing between two modules.The effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy are verified by prototype experiments.
