摘  要:矸石的粒径级配对充填材料的性能具有重要的影响。基于Talbol级配理论,分析了矸石级配系数n对胶结充填材料及固体充填材料性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着级配系数n的增大,胶结料浆泌水率不断增加,料浆流动性、充填体试块的强度和弹性模量先增大后减小,散体矸石侧限压缩应变先减小后增大;利用二次多项式,对7 d及28 d试块强度及弹性模量随n的变化规律进行了拟合,强度及弹性模量与n均呈二次函数关系,由不同级配系数的结果及拟合曲线的最大值,得n=0.5时强度与弹性模量最大;散体矸石侧限压缩过程分为快速变形、缓慢变形与稳定压固三阶段,最终应变与n也呈二次函数关系,由不同级配系数的结果及应变拟合曲线的最小值,得n=0.4时压缩应变最小;由于胶结充填材料有粉煤灰作细集料,因此n>n。在实际充填过程中,应充分考虑级配系数n的影响,进行合理的材料配比。The gradation of gangue has an important influence on the properties of filling materials. Based on Talbol gradation theory, the influence of the gangue gradation coefficient n on the properties of cemented filling materials and solid filling materials was analyzed. The results showed that: With the increase of gradation coefficient n, the bleeding rate of cemented slurry increased continuously, the fluidity, the strength and elastic modulus of the cemented filling block first increased and then decreased, and the confined compressive strain of granular gangue first decreased and then increased;The variation law of strength and elastic modulus of test blocks with n at 7 d and 28 d was fitted with quadratic polynomial. The strength and elastic modulus were in quadratic function relationship with n. Based on the results of different gradation coefficient and the maximum value of the fitting curve, it can be counted that the strength and elastic modulus reached the maximum when n=0.5;The confined compression process of granular gangue was divided into three stages: rapid deformation, slow deformation and stable compaction. The final strain was also in quadratic function relationship with n;According to the results of different gradation coefficient and the minimum value of strain fitting curve, the minimum compressive strain was obtained when n=0.4;As fly ash was used as fine aggregate for cemented filling material, so n>n. In the actual filling process, the influence of gradation coefficient n should be fully considered to make a reasonable material ratio.
