摘 要:针对单相光伏微型逆变器中电解电容体积大、工作性能受温度影响程度高、寿命短所导致系统功率密度低与可靠性差等缺点,设计了一种计及最小飞跨电容的单相三电平微型逆变器。该逆变器可独立应用于单个光伏板,在保证输出性能的同时,有效浓缩拓扑结构的体积,提高系统功率密度。首先,通过建立系统等效拓扑结构,研究单相飞跨电容型三电平光伏微型逆变器的工作模态;其次分析飞跨电容升压电路实现输出三电平以及功率解耦的机理;然后依据逆变器稳定运行的约束条件,依靠离散求解方法计算飞跨电容的最小容值,采用体积小、工作性能稳定的薄膜电容取缔电解电容。最后,在数字信号处理器(DSP)实验平台中,通过开环控制算法验证了该逆变器的优越性。Considering the disadvantages of single-phase photovoltaic micro-inverter,such as the large volume of electrolytic capacitor,strict application conditions,low power density and so on,a single-phase three-level micro-inverter is designed on the basis of minimum flying capacitor.The proposed inverter can be independently applied to a single photovoltaic panel,which can effectively reduce the volume of the topology structure to further improve the power density.Firstly,by virtue of establishing the equivalent topological structure of the inverter,the working modes of proposed inverter are studied in detail;thereby,it can be observed that the inverter produces three different levels of voltage at the output terminal via detailed analysis of all current path.Also,the power decoupling is accomplished by flying capacitor booster circuit.Then,according to the constraints of the stable operation of the inverter,the minimum capacitance of the flying capacitor is calculated by the discrete solution method,and the electrolytic capacitor is replaced by thin film capacitor with small volume,stable performance.Finally,in the digital signal processor(DSP)experimental platform,the superiority of this inverter is verified by the open loop control algorithm.
