摘 要:为了提高五电平有源中点箝位(5L-ANPC)逆变器的电流谐波质量,提出一种基于模型预测控制的电流纹波优化算法。首先,根据5L-ANPC逆变器原理给出了输出电流纹波模型;然后,在考虑中点电位和悬浮电容电压控制的情况下,结合逆变器功率器件开关动作次数建立了基于模型预测控制的电流纹波优化控制模型,进而根据价值函数最小原则确定开关状态的输出序列,降低了输出电流谐波畸变率。最后,通过仿真和实时仿真实验验证了所提电流纹波优化策略的有效性和正确性。In order to improve the phase current harmonic quality of five level active neutral point clamped(5L-ANPC)inverter,a current ripple optimization algorithm based on model predictive control is proposed.Firstly,the output current ripple model is given according to the principle of 5L-ANPC inverter.Then,considering the control of neutral point potential and suspended capacitor voltage,combined with the switching times of inverter power devices,the current ripple optimal control model based on model predictive control is established,the output sequence of switching state is determined according to the principle of minimum value function,which reduces the harmonic distortion rate of output current.Finally,simulation and real-time simulation experiments verify the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed current ripple optimization strategy.
