摘　　要：量化的主观评价指标可以消除主观面料评价的不确定性和不一致性,还可以有效降低内衣商品线上消费者的感知风险。从性能、触感、风格三个方面对内衣面料的主观评价进行梳理提炼并设计综合评价,将内衣分类与各评价关联,构建内衣面料的主观评价框架;由内衣面料的客观触感特性测试得到主观评价与客观物理指标之间的线性相关系数,并绘制织物客观触感特性的指纹图,初步得到较高舒适感织物的客观触感物理指标的具体数值范围,为内衣面料数字化分析与评价体系的构建提供了一定的参考依据和方法。Quantitative subjective evaluation indices,which could eliminate the uncertainty and difference of subjective evaluation of fabrics,and effectively reduce the perceived risk of online consumers of underwear products.The subjective evaluation indices of underwear fabric were combed through and refined from three aspects of property,tactility and style,and a comprehensive assessment was designed.The subjective evaluation framework of underwear fabrics is constructed by associating underwear classification with each evaluation.The linear correlation coefficients between the subjective evaluation indices and the objective physical indices were obtained from the objective tactile properties test of the underwear fabrics,and the fingerprint of the objective tactile properties of the fabrics was drawn.The specific numerical range of the physical indices of the fabric with higher comfort was preliminarily obtained,which provides a certain reference for the construction of the digital analysis and evaluation system of underwear fabrics and methods.
