摘 要:以进口巴西大豆为研究对象,使用万能材料试验机,模拟不同粮高的粮层压力,探索含水量(11.96%、12.93%)、温度(15、25、35、45、55℃)、破碎率(0%、5%、15%、25%)对大豆堆压实程度的影响。结果表明:同等压力条件下,高水分大豆堆的压实程度大于低水分大豆堆;大豆堆温度对压实程度具有显著性影响,随着粮温增加,大豆堆的抗压缩能力减弱,压实程度增大;随着大豆堆破碎率含量增加,压实程度减小。该研究结果可为进口巴西大豆的安全储藏提供参考依据。In the present paper,imported Brazilian soybeans were taken as the research object,and a universal material testing machine was used to simulate the grain pressure of different grain heights to explore the moisture content(11.96%、12.93%),temperature(15,25,35,45,55℃)and crushing rate(0%,5%,15%,25%)on the degree of compaction of soybean pile.The results indicated that under the same pressure conditions,the degree of compaction of the high-moisture soybean pile was greater than that of the low-moisture soybean pile;the temperature of the soybean pile had a significant effect on the degree of compaction.As the grain temperature increased,the compression resistance of the soybean pile weakened and the degree of compaction increased;with the increase in the content of the soybean pile crushing rate,the degree of compaction decreased.The results of the present study could provide a reference for the safe storage of imported Brazilian soybeans.
