摘 要:作为一种可快速高效获取高精度、高密度空间三维信息的数据采集手段,机载激光技术的出现及发展为三维模型的制作提供了可靠的数据源。基于机载激光扫描技获取的点云数据,本文提出了一种建筑物三维模型重建方法,该方法首先通过Alpha-Shape算法及D-P算法对建筑物轮廓进行粗提取;其次,通过最小二乘方法结合边界线向量特确定建筑物关键点,并且通过建筑物主方向对提取边界线进行规则化处理;最后,通过屋顶拓扑关系约束实现屋顶间交点、交线的确定,从而构建起完整的建筑物模型。使用杭州市某地区采集得到的机载点云数据进行本文方法的验证,实验结果表明:本文提出的方法科学性及适用性较高,制作完成的模型在水平及垂直方向上都有着较高的精度。As a data acquisition method that can quickly and efficiently obtain high-accuracy and high-density spatial three-dimensional information,the emergence and development of airborne laser technology provides a reliable data source for the production of three-dimensional model.Based on the point cloud data obtained by airborne laser scanning technology,this paper proposes a building 3D model reconstruction method.Firstly,the building contour is roughly extracted by Alpha-Shape algorithm and D-P algorithm;Secondly,the key points of the building are determined by the least square method combined with the boundary line vector,and the extracted boundary line is regularized by the main direction of the building;Finally,the intersection point and intersection line between roofs are determined by roof topological relationship constraints,so as to construct a complete building model.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is scientific and applicable,and the model has high accuracy in both horizontal and vertical directions.
