摘　　要：在高校大规模扩招的情况下,高校对于教学管理不规范、师资力量短缺、指导不到位等因素造成了学生缺乏学习兴趣,“学习后进生”比例不断增加。如何看待“学习后进生”存在的现实及如何教育转化“学习后进生”的学习状态,帮助他们树立个人信心成为教师必须考虑的问题。Under the circumstances of large-scale enrollment expansion,the non-standard teaching manage-ment,the shortage of teachers,the lack of guidance and other factors cause students’lack of interest in learning,and the proportion of“Learning backward students”is increasing.How to view the reality of“Learning backward students”and how to transform the learning state of“Learning backward students”and help them build up their personal confidence have become a problem that teachers must consider.
