摘　　要：2019年年初,国家明确提出启动1+X证书制度试点,试点两年多来推进迅速、效果良好,达到了紧密对接新技术、新产业、深化产教融合和校企合作、提高师资水平、提升学生职业技能和拓宽学生就业渠道等的效果。然而,在试点过程中,高职院校也面临着证书含金量和证书选择、证书融通、师资保障、费用保障这样的一些现实问题。推进1+X证书制度的有效实施需要多方共同努力。评价机构侧重于优化自身证书,提高证书含金量;教育部门侧重于完善顶层设计和统筹指导作用,提高证书社会认可度和保障考证费用;高职院校侧重于保障师资和融通证书,从而推动会计职业教育质量再上新台阶。At the beginning of 2019,the state clearly proposed to launch the pilot of 1+X certificate system.The pilot has been promoted rapidly and achieved good results for more than two years,achieving the effects of closely connecting new technologies and industries,deepening the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation,improving the level of teachers,improving students’vocational skills and broadening students’employment channels.However,in the pilot process,higher vocational colleges are also faced with some practical problems such as certificate gold content and certificate selection,certificate financing,teacher guarantee and cost guarantee.Promoting the effective implementation of the 1+X certificate system requires joint efforts of many parties.Evaluation institutions focus on optimizing their certificates and improving the gold content of certificates.The education department focuses on improving the top-level design and overall guidance,improving the social recognition of certificates and ensuring the cost of textual research.Higher vocational colleges focus on ensuring teachers and accommodation certificates,so as to promote the quality of accounting vocational education to a new level.
