摘　　要：著名马克思主义史学家刘大年,多次赴日进行学术访问和讲学,与不少日本史家有深厚的学术交谊,改革开放后倾力推动中日史学交流砥砺,不仅促进了中国史学的多元取法与繁荣发展,也着眼于化解历史恩怨的现实关怀,进而为中日友好奠定了坚实基础。他对于中日史学交流有前驱先路之功,体现出非同寻常的眼光和格局。Liu Danian,a famous Marxist historian,has visited Japan many times for academic visits and lectures,and had profound academic friendship with many Japanese historians.After the reform and opening up,the efforts he devoted to promote Sino-Japanese historical exchanges,have not only promoted the diverse approaches and prosperity of Chinese historiography,but also focused on the practical concern of resolving historical grievances,thereby laying a solid foundation for Sino-Japanese friendship.His pioneering promotion of Sino-Japanese historical exchanges reflects his extraordinary insight and vision.
