摘  要:拆卸淘汰或废弃的工程机械,将其拆卸下来的产品进行回收利用,能提升工程机械的可用价值,提高资源的利用率。而拆卸设计的目的是为产品的回收提供拆卸路径、拆卸工具和拆卸方法,并从拆卸的角度给设计者提供设计理念。阐述了拆卸的设计准则、零件拆卸的自由度和可行性以及拆卸的思维和步骤,并以某工程机械的液压缸为例,建立了拆卸模型,运用约束度和约束矩阵的方法对液压缸拆卸的自由度进行了分析与计算,设计了总分层图、第一层的网络连接图和缸杆总成的网络连接图,生成了相应的拆卸序列,为产品的回收处理提供拆卸路径和方法,为今后产品的拆卸提供了理论依据。The usable value of construction machinery and the utilization rate of resources is improved with dismantling obsoleted or abandoned construction machinery and recycling the dismantled products. The disassembly paths, disassembly tools and method for the recycling of discarded products are mainly provided by the disassembly design, and so the design ideas to designers from the perspective of disassembly. The design criteria of disassembly, the degrees of freedom and feasibility of parts disassembly, as well as the thinking and steps of disassembly were expounded. Taking the hydraulic cylinder of a construction machinery as an example, the disassembly model was established.The degrees of freedom of hydraulic cylinder disassembly were analyzed and calculated by using the methods of constraint degree and constraint matrix. The network connection diagram of the first layer and the cylinder rod assembly were planed, so the corresponding disassembly sequence was generated. The disassembly path and method for the recycling of products are provided, and a theoretical basis for the disassembly of products is supplied in the future.
