摘 要:电动冲击扳手因其操作简单、工效高、安全可靠等优点,成为一种不可缺少的拧紧螺栓的专用工具。扳手的关键部件是冲击机构,而拧紧螺栓就是通过冲击机构将电机的旋转能量转换为冲击功。采用了行星齿轮传动结构,使得传递功率大、扭矩输出稳定,以此获得比电机本身扭矩大数十倍、上百倍的输出扭矩,从而达到拧紧螺栓的目的。以DC20 V电动冲击扳手为例,利用UG软件分析扳手的输出扭矩并通过实验验证分析结果的正确性。Electric impact wrench has become an indispensable special tool for tightening bolts for its simple operation, high work efficiency, safety and reliability. The key component of the wrench is the impact mechanism, and tightening the bolt is to convert the rotating energy of the motor into impact energy through the impact mechanism. The planetary gear transmission structure is adopted to make the transmission power large and the torque output stable, so as to obtain the output torque dozens or hundreds of times larger than the torque of the motor itself, which achieves the purpose of tightening the bolt. Taking DC20 V electric impact wrench as an example, the output torque of the wrench is analyzed by UG software, and the correctness of the analysis results is verified by experiments.
