摘　　要：东汉思想家王符在《潜夫论·劝将篇》中,针对汉安帝时期朝廷在平定羌族叛乱中作战失利一事,围绕东汉中期军事概况、赏罚制度、将领选任等问题,提出了自己的独到见解。《劝将篇》所揭示的不只是单纯兵法或战术的运用问题。作为儒家学者,王符从政治、军事以及人才选拔方面,深刻剖析了东汉政权在战争中失败的原因,并结合实际情况,立足儒家本位,借鉴吸收其他学派的思想,提出了自己的解决方案。《劝将篇》充分体现了东汉时期儒家学者的权变与灵活。In The Chapter of Persuading Generals of Qianfulun,by focusing on issue concerning the general situation of the military in the mid-Eastern Han Dynasty,the system of rewards and punishments,and the selection of generals,Wang Fu,a thinker of the Eastern Han Dynasty,put forward his unique insights on the failure of the imperial court in quelling the rebellion of the Qiang people during the reign period of Emperor Han’an.unique insights.The Chapter of Persuading Generals reveals more than simply the use of tactics or tactics.As a Confucian scholar,Wang Fu deeply analyzed the reasons for the failure of the Eastern Han government in the war from the aspects of politics,military affairs and talent selection.Based on the actual situation and the Confucian standard,he absorbed the ideas of other schools for reference,and proposed his own solution.The Chapter of Persuading Generals of Qianfulun fully reflects the contingency and flexibility of Confucian scholars in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
