摘 要:目的优选川芎醇提工艺。方法在单因素试验基础上,以阿魏酸得率为考察指标,乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声温度和超声时间为考察因素,采用响应面法优选川芎的醇提工艺并验证。结果川芎最佳醇提工艺条件为,以80%乙醇、料液比为1∶21(g/mL)、在63℃下超声提取60 min。实际测得的阿魏酸平均得率为(0.096±0.02)%,与理论预测值(0.098%)相对误差较小。结论优化后的川芎醇提工艺稳定可行,可为川芎的开发应用提供依据。Objective To optimize the alcohol extraction process of Ligusticum chuanxiong.Methods Based on the single factor experiment,the ethanol extraction process of Ligusticum chuanxiong was optimized and verified by response surface methodology(RSM)with the yield of ferulic acid as the index,and with the ethanol volume fraction,material liquid ratio,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time as the factors.Results The optimal ethanol extraction process of Ligusticum chuanxiong was as follows:the volume fraction of ethanol was 80%,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶21(g/mL),the ultrasonic temperature was 63℃,and the extraction time was 60 min.The actual measured average yield of ferulic acid was(0.096±0.02)%,which had a low relative error with the theoretical prediction value(0.098%).Conclusion The optimal alcohol extraction process of Ligusticum chuanxiong is stable and feasible,which can provide a basis for the development and application of Ligusticum chuanxiong.
