米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对患者性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月我院收治的86例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组给予米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积及性激素水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.7%,高于对照组的81.4%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡素(FSH)及促黄体素(LH)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果显著,可有效缩小子宫肌瘤体积,改善患者的性激素水平。Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao Capsules in the treatment of uterine fibroids and the influence on sex hormone level of patients.Methods 86 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule.The clinical efficacy,uterine volume,uterine fibroid volume and sex hormone level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.7%,higher than 81.4% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao Capsules has significant effect in the treatment of uterine fibroids,which can effectively reduce the uterine fibroid volume,and improve the of sex hormone level of patients.
