摘 要:卷烟工厂是我国烟草行业的能源消费大户,加强对卷烟工厂节能工作的研究,成为了行业节能降耗的一项重要工作,也是工厂追求高质量发展的重要支撑和有力保证。本文通过指标设定、定量分析、算法引入、实际测评等过程,首创性地建立了较为完善的卷烟工厂能源绩效评价方法,帮助卷烟工厂进行评估与诊断,查找短板或薄弱环节,针对性地提升和改进,为卷烟工厂高质量发展提供技术支撑。Cigarette factories are major energy consumers in China′s tobacco industry.Strengthening the research on energy conservation in cigarette factories has become an important task for energy conservation and consumption reduction in the industry.It is also an important support and strong guarantee for factories to pursue high-quality development.Through the process of index setting,quantitative analysis,algorithm introduction,and actual evaluation,this paper establishes a relatively complete energy performance evaluation method for cigarette factories to help cigarette factories conduct evaluation and diagnosis,find shortcomings or weak links,and make targeted enhancement and improvement,to provide technical support for the high-quality development of cigarette factories.
