摘　　要：本文报道了1例光动力治疗伴有重度异常增生的口腔红斑病的过程,经光动力治疗后该患者的红斑病损完全消失,随访2年以上未复发。A case of oral erythroplakia with severe dysplasia treated with photodynamic therapy(PDT) is reported in this paper. The lesion disappeared completely after PDT, and no recurrence had been observed for more than 2 years after the last treatment.
