比较3D CE-MRA与传统TOF-MRA对头颈部血管疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的比较三维对比增强磁共振血管成像(3D CE-MRA)与传统时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(TOF-MRA)对头颈部血管疾病的诊断价值。方法34例头颈部血管疾病患者,均行3D CE-MRA与传统TOF-MRA检查。比较两种检查方法的图像质量、检出率。结果3D CE-MRA图像优良率为97.06%,高于TOF-MRA的73.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3D CE-MRA的检出率为91.18%(31/34),高于TOF-MRA的70.59%(24/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在头颈部血管疾病的诊断中,3D CE-MRA的准确性较高,且获得的图像质量理想,安全性较高,可以将其作为对头颈部血管病变进行检查的首要方式,具有应用价值。Objective To compare the diagnostic value of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography(3D CE-MRA)and conventional time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography(TOF-MRA)in head and neck vascular diseases.Methods 34 patients with head and neck vascular disease were examined by 3D CE-MRA and conventional TOF-MRA.The image quality and detection rate of the two examination methods were compared.Results The excellent rate of images was 97.06%by 3D CE-MRA,which was higher than 73.53%by TOF-MRA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of 3D CE-MRA was 91.18%(31/34),which was higher than 70.59%(24/34)of TOF-MRA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D CE-MRA has high accuracy,ideal image quality and high safety in the diagnosis of head and neck vascular diseases,which can be used as the primary way of head and neck lesions examination,and has application value.
