曲克芦丁注射液治疗轻中型脑梗死的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨曲克芦丁注射液治疗轻中型脑梗死的临床效果。方法72例轻中型脑梗死患者,依照治疗方案不同分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组采用乙酰谷酰胺注射液联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予曲克芦丁注射液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、血流动力学和不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率94.44%明显高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者血小板聚集率(59.25±5.31)%、全血低切粘度(8.72±1.21)mPa·s及全血高切粘度(4.61±1.17)mPa·s均低于对照组的(68.17±7.27)%、(10.03±1.04)mPa·s、(5.57±1.10)mPa·s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率13.89%略高于对照组的5.56%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对轻中型脑梗死患者采用曲克芦丁注射液治疗,效果显著且安全,可有效改善患者血管血流变化,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of troxerutin injection in the treatment of mild to moderate cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 72 cases of mild and moderate cerebral infarction were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment regimens,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acetylglutamine injection combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the research group was treated with troxerutin injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,hemodynamics and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The platelet aggregation rate(59.25±5.31)%,whole blood low shear viscosity(8.72±1.21)mPa·s and whole blood high shear viscosity(4.61±1.17)mPa·s in the research group were lower than(68.17±7.27)%,(10.03±1.04)mPa·s and(5.57±1.10)mPa·s in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 13.89%,which was slightly higher than 5.56%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Troxerutin injection is effective and safe for patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction,and can effectively improve the hemodynamic changes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
