摘  要:以资源为基础的相对价值比率(RBRVS)评估系统是以资源消耗为基础、以相对价值为比率来支付医师劳务费用的方法,引入我国后用于医师、护士、技师以及行政后勤人员的绩效考核。文章介绍了RBRVS评估系统的应用现状,分析了RBRVS评估系统在我国护理绩效考核中的应用效果及应用难点,并提出了相应的对策,肯定了对护理事业的促进作用。The resource-based relative value scale(RBRVS) evaluation system is a method to pay doctors’ labor costs based on resource consumption and relative value. After being introduced into China, it has been used for the performance appraisal of doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative logistics personnel. This article introduces the application status of RBRVS evaluation system, summarizes the effect of RBRVS evaluation system in nursing performance evaluation in China, analyzes the difficulties in the application of RBRVS and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
