摘  要:目的 了解长沙市游泳池卫生状况,为改善游泳池水质卫生提供科学依据。方法 据国家标准方法检测2017年—2021年长沙市游泳池水的菌落总数和大肠菌群,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 在2017年—2021年的游泳池水微生物监测结果中,水样共151份,总合格率为76.82%,其中细菌总数合格率为76.82%,大肠菌群合格率为99.34%,不同年份、不同月份合格率差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。按不同区县进行分类比较,3个区县高于长沙市合格率,5个区县低于长沙市合格率,合格率最高的是望城区,合格率最低的是雨花区和高新区,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.12,P<0.05)。结论 长沙市近5年游泳池水的微生物污染情况未有效改善,需要进一步努力,做好监测依然是一件长期而艰巨的工作。Objective To understand the health status of swimming pools in Changsha City,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the water quality of swimming pools.Methods According to the national standard method,the total number of colonies and coliform bacteria in swimming pool water in Changsha City from 2017 to 2021 were detected,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results In the microbial monitoring results of swimming pool water from 2017 to 2021,a total of 151 water samples were collected,and the total qualified rate was 76.82%,including 76.82% of total bacteria and 99.34% of coliform bacteria.There was no statistical significance on the difference in the qualified rate between different years and different months(P> 0.05).According to the classification and comparison of different districts and counties,the passing rate in 3 districts and counties were higher than Changsha City,the pass rate of 5 districts and counties were lower than Changsha City,the highest pass rate was in Wangcheng District,the lowest pass rate was Yuhua District and High-tech District,and the differences were statistically significant (χ~2= 16.12,P< 0.05).Conclusion The microbial pollution of swimming pool water in Changsha City has not been effectively improved in recent five years.Further efforts are needed.Monitoring is still a long-term and arduous work.
