摘 要:为减少增压器匹配选型造成的高频次发动机性能台架性能试验,缩短发动机性能开发周期,同时节约开发成本。本文通过建立柴油机用带放气阀增压器数学模型,在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台上对某增压器进行建模仿真,并与实验结果进行对比分析,通过对增压器匹配参数的优化设计,优化仿真效果。结果表明,通过建模仿真分析与实际台架试验对比,发动机外特性点进气压力与进气温度误差较小,能够替代部分非必要的增压器性能台架试验。In order to reduce the high frequency engine performance bench test caused by turbocharger matching selection,shorten the engine performance development cycle,and save the development cost.In this paper,a turbocharger mathematical model with exhaust valve for diesel engine was established,and a turbocharger was modeled and simulated on Matlab simulation platform,and the experimental results were compared and analyzed.Through the optimization design of turbocharger matching parameters,the simulation effect was optimized.The results show that,by comparing the modeling and simulation analysis with the actual bench test,the error between the inlet pressure and inlet temperature at the engine external characteristic point is small,which can replace part of the unnecessary turbocharger performance test.
