摘 要:随着社会医疗服务水平的提升,医疗机构需要提供各种监护服务。跌倒可能会带给老年人群无法挽回的严重伤害,因此跌倒监护服务极其重要。针对目前各种监护设备的不足,该文设计了一种基于LoRa的老人跌倒监护系统。该系统通过姿态传感器和阈值分析实现基于腕部的跌倒检测,利用LoRa无线通信技术实现远程报警,方便监护人员及时给予救援。实验结果显示,该系统通过在腕部佩戴监测设备来区分日常行为和跌倒行为,其准确率可以达到95.8%,配合监护设备能够实现良好的监护效果。With the improvement of social medical service level,medical institutions need to provide various monitoring services.Falls can cause serious and irreparable injuries to older people,so fall monitoring services are extremely important.Aiming at the deficiency of various monitoring equipment at present,this paper designs a fall monitoring system for the elderly based on LoRa.This system realizes fall detection based on wrist through attitude sensor and threshold analysis,and then realizes remote alarm with LoRa wireless communication technology,which is convenient for monitoring personnel to give rescue in time.The experimental results show that the accuracy rate of this system can reach 95.8%by wearing a monitoring device on the wrist to distinguish daily behavior from falling behavior,and good monitoring effect can be achieved with the cooperation of monitoring equipment.
