摘　　要：目的选择一种有效的临床技能训练方法以提高实践教学质量。方法通过虚拟技术及标准化患者模拟实现临床诊疗的全过程。结果通过虚拟标准化病人,帮助医学生更好地掌握临床医疗技能培训过程中的重点考核内容,解决临床医疗技能培训中教育资源相对不足的现实性问题。结论有助于提高学生自主技能培养中的独立分析与处理实际问题的能力。Objective To select an effective clinical skill training method to improve the quality of practical teaching.Methods The whole process of clinical diagnosis and treatment was realized through virtual technology and standardized patient simulation.Results Through virtual standardized patients,medical students can better grasp the key assessment contents in the process of clinical medical skill training,and solve the practical problem of relatively insufficient educational resources in clinical medical skill training.Conclusion It is helpful to improve students’ability to analyze and deal with practical problems independently.
