摘  要:高质量发展是新时代中国高职教育深化改革的重要方向。当前我国高职教育面临着宏观、中观及微观三个层面的实践困境,应当以增强多层次适应性新理念作为高职教育高质量发展的逻辑起点,通过推动社会观念转变和健全高职教育国家基本制度双管齐下加强技能型社会建设,以实现“层次贯通”和“类型互通”为重点健全高职教育体系,以均衡且充分的战略思维为导向系统推动区域高职教育发展,以优化人才培养的关键要素为抓手驱动高职院校育人质量提升。The high-quality development is an important direction for deepening the reform of higher vocational education in the new era.China’s higher vocational education faces practical difficulties at the macro level,the meso level and the micro level.It should take the new concept of enhancing multi-level adaptability as the logical starting point for its highquality development,strengthen the construction of skilled society by guiding the transformation of social concepts and improving the national basic institution,and improve the vocational education system with“level connectivity”and“type interoperability”.It should also take balanced and sufficient strategic thinking to systematically promote the development of regional higher vocational education,and optimize the key elements of technical skills talent training to drive the improvement of the quality of higher vocational education.
