摘　　要：胎儿心脏肿瘤是一类少见的先天性心脏疾病,包括横纹肌瘤、良性畸胎瘤、纤维瘤、黏液瘤、血管瘤及恶性肿瘤,超声是首选诊断方法,并可进行动态评估。本文对胎儿心脏肿瘤可能相关的综合征、遗传学情况、治疗及预后进行综述,以期帮助临床医师作出准确的产前诊断、及时的临床决策和有效的干预处理。Fetal cardiac tumor is a rare congenital heart disease, including rhabdomyoma, benign teratoma, fibroma, myxoma, hemangioma and malignant tumor. Ultrasound is the first choice for diagnosis and can evaluate dynamically. This article reviews the related syndromes, genetics, treatment and prognosis, in order to help clinicians make accurate prenatal diagnosis, timely clinical decision-making and effective intervention.
