摘　　要：脑小血管病(CSVD)指由多种原因引起的颅内小动脉、微动脉、小静脉、微静脉和毛细血管等结构和功能改变,是老年人群已知的、最为常见的脑部疾病。目前临床上没有直接显示CSVD的检查方法,因此头颅磁共振成像是CSVD最重要的检查手段。近年来,多项研究表明CSVD的白质高信号、扩大的血管周围间隙、腔隙、近期皮质下小梗死、脑微出血及脑萎缩等表现与认知损害之间存在着密切联系。文中针对相关新研究进展进行综述,旨在为揭示CSVD疾病发病机制、临床诊疗及干预等提供科学依据。Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD),refers to the structural and functional changes of intracranial arterioles,arterioles,venules and capillaries caused by a variety of reasons,is the most common brain disease in the elderly.At present,there is no examination method to directly show CSVD in clinical practice,so cranial MRI is the most important means to examine this disease.In recent years,many studies have shown that there is a close relationship between manifestations of CSVD,including white matter hyperintensity,enlarged perivascular space,lacuna,recent small subcortical infarction,cerebral microbleeds and cerebral atrophy,and cognitive function.The latest developments in the related research were reviewed to provide scientific basis for revealing disease pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and treatment intervention.
