提高瓦斯内燃机组负荷的研究

摘　　要：机组长期处于低载运行,对机组内部的缸套、活塞、连杆等重要配件造成一定程度的损害,同时影响电站经济效益。通过分析机组不能满载的表象,节气阀开度太大是负荷不能满载的主要原因。适当减小节气阀开度,并对机组相关部件清洗保养,极大地提高了机组的发电量。The unit is in low-load operation for a long time.It causes some damage to the cylinder liner,piston,connecting rod and other important accessories inside the unit.At the same time it affected the economic benefits of the power plant.By analyzing the phenomenon that the unit can not be fully loaded,Too large throttle opening is the main reason that the load can not be full.When we properly reduce the throttle opening and clean and maintain the relevant parts of the unit,the generating capacity of the unit is greatly increased.
