摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟演练在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019—2020年河南省人民医院的新入职护士为研究对象,将2019年的50名新入职护士设为对照组,将2020年的50名新入职护士设为观察组。对照组新入职护士采取传统培训方法,观察组在对照组的基础上增加情景模拟演练教学。比较两组新入职护士的理论考核及实践操作得分、评判性思维能力(中文版)(CTDI-CV)得分,评估培训满意度。结果观察组新入职护士的理论考核、实践操作得分,CTDI-CV各维度评分,培训总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新入职护士规范化培训中,采取情景模拟演练可提高新入职护士的理论与实操掌握度,促进护士评判性思维能力改善,还可提高培训满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation exercise in standardized training of newly recruited nurses.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,the newly recruited nurses in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the research objects.A total of 50 newly recruited nurses in 2019 were set as the control group,while 50 newly recruited nurses in 2020 were set as the observation group.The newly recruited nurses in the control group adopted traditional training methods,while the observation group added scenario simulation exercise teaching on the basis of the control group.The theoretical assessment and practical operation scores and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)scores of the two groups were compared,and the training satisfaction was evaluated.Results The theoretical assessment and practical operation scores,all dimensions scores of CTDI-CV and total satisfaction of training of the newly recruited nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the standardized training of newly recruited nurses,the use of scenario simulation exercise can improve the theoretical and practical mastery of new nurses,promote the improvement of critical thinking ability of nurses and improve training satisfaction.
