摘 要:头颈部鳞状细胞癌作为一种常见的恶性肿瘤,在诊断和治疗方面已取得了一定进展,然而其五年生存率仅为50%。许多临床研究表明B细胞特异莫洛尼鼠白血病病毒整合位点1(B cell-specific moloney murine leukemia virus insertion site 1,BMI1)基因在促进头颈鳞癌干细胞的迁移、侵袭和恶化等方面起关键作用,对患者的治疗和预后有显著影响,可作为头颈鳞癌干细胞的诊断标志物。针对这一特点,笔者复习近年来国内外关于BMI1对头颈鳞癌干细胞及其临床治疗的影响作一综述,有助于进一步认识BMI1对头颈鳞癌干细胞的作用机制,可为该病精准靶向治疗和制定个性化治疗方案提供新思路。As a common malignant tumor,head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)has made some progress in diagnosis and treatment,but the five-year survival rate is still less than 50%.Many clinical studies have shown that BMI1 gene plays a key role in promoting the migration,invasion and deterioration of HNSCC stem cells,which has a significant impact on the treatment and prognosis of patients,and can be used as a diagnostic marker of HNSCC stem cells.The author,therefore,reviewed the influence of BMI1 on HNSCC stem cells and its clinical treatment at home and abroad in recent years,which helps us to further understand the mechanism and the action of BMI1 on cancer stem cells,and provide new ideas for precise targeted therapy and the development of personalized treatment plans of the disease.
