摘 要:鼻咽癌和头颈部肿瘤是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,放射治疗作为其最常见的治疗方案,虽然对肿瘤细胞有较好的抑制作用,但不可避免地损伤牙体硬组织的正常结构,影响口腔微生物的组成成分。本文主要回顾了近年来放射治疗对鼻咽癌和头颈部肿瘤患者牙体硬组织及口腔微生物影响的相关研究,以期为预防或减少患者放疗后不良反应及提高患者生存质量提供理论依据。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma and head and neck cancer are the most common malignant tumors in clinical practice.As the most common treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and head and neck cancer,radiotherapy will inevitably cause damage to normal structures such as dental hard tissues and affect the composition of oral microbiota,although it exerts high inhibitory effect against tumor cells.To provide theoretical basis for preventing or reducing the side effects of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and head and neck cancer after radiotherapy and improving the quality of life in patients,related research progress on the effect of radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and head and neck cancer on dental hard tissues and oral microbiota was reviewed.
