河北女子师范教育的地位与启示

摘　　要：河北女子师范教育作为河北师范大学学校历史渊源之一,创建早、体系完整、连续不断,以家政教育为特色,为我国女子教育发展作出了重要贡献。其办学历程对于当今教育改革和发展具有重要的历史启示:女子教育的创办与发展同区域文化发展密切相连,近代河北女子师范教育的发展得益于京津区域文化的变革;受办学者的教育理念影响,近代教育家的办学实践推动了女子师范教育的发展;女子教育的发展与国家命运息息相关,河北女子师范学院的西迁及联合办学,促进了女子师范教育的拓展;校史研究作为新时代教育文化研究的重要组成部分,既为人才培养、学科建设、科学研究和社会服务提供有益经验,也为教育改革与发展提供精神动力。As one of the origins of Hebei Normal University,Hebei women teacher education started early,with a complete and continuous system.Characterized by home economics education,it has made great contribution to women education in China.Its evolution is of historical significance for today’s educational reform and development.The establishment and development of women education are closely related to the development of regional culture and the fate of the country.The development of women education corresponds to the educational philosophy of the operators of the school,whose educational philosophy and practice have made important contributions to the cultivation of talents.School history research is an important part of educational and cultural research in the new era.It not only provides experience for talent cultivation,discipline construction,scientific research and social service,but also provides spiritual motivation for educational reform and development.
