高校学报编辑对研究生作者学术伦理和学术素养的培养教育作用探究

摘　　要：由于高校研究生学术能力和论文写作水平等方面较以往有明显下降,无法达到学报发表要求,从而需要和编辑通力配合,为完成发表任务而进行大幅度的修改和完善。结合自身编辑工作中所接触和经手的研究生论文的群体特征,以学术伦理、学术素养、学术规范、学术意识4个方面为主要出发点,尝试探讨在新时代数字出版技术不断发展和新媒体已被广泛运用的趋势下,高校学报编辑应如何将专业技能和工作经验更好地应用于研究生作者的学术教育和科研成长中,以期为培养研究生作者的科学研究素养和提高理工类研究生的科技论文写作能力提供切实可行的方案和建议。As the academic ability and thesis writing level of graduate students in colleges and universities have declined obviously compared with the past,they often fail to meet the publication requirements of journals,so they need to cooperate with editors to make substantial modifications and improvements in order to complete the publication tasks.Combined with the group characteristics of the graduate papers contacted and handled in editing work,taking the academic ethics,academic literacy,academic norms,and academic awareness as the main starting points,this paper attempts to explore how the editors of university journals should better apply their professional skills and work experience to the academic education and scientific research development of graduate authors under the trend of the continuous development of digital publishing technology and the extensive use of new media in the new era,in order to provide practical solutions and suggestions for cultivating the scientific research literacy of graduate authors and improving the scientific and technical paper writing ability of the graduates in science and engineering.
