高校职业规划教学问题分析及策略研究

摘  要:职业规划教育有助于学生制定一个清晰的人生发展规划,顺利就业,故而是一门实践性和指导性很强的课程。但经过一系列调查和研究,本文认为当下高校在职业规划教育中存在着课程教学地位相对较低、教学内容难以实现有效统一以及对学生的个人意愿把握不够全面这三个方面的问题。这三个问题的存在不仅制约了课程教学效率的提高,同时也在一定程度上影响了学生顺利就业。因此,文中提出了提升职业规划教学地位、有效统一教学内容以及对学生进行全面的实践调研这三项策略,希望可以对高校职业规划课程提升教学效率提供参考。Vocational Planning Education helps students to make a clear life development plan,smooth employment,so it is a very practical and instructive course.But after a series of investigations and studies,this paper holds that there are three problems in vocational planning education in colleges:The relatively low status of curriculum teaching,the difficulty of effective unification of teaching contents and the lack of comprehensive grasp of students’individual will.These three problems not only restrict the improvement of teaching efficiency,but also affect the employment of students to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper puts forward three strategies of improving the teaching status of vocational planning,effectively unifying the teaching content and carrying out comprehensive practical investigation and research on students,hoping to provide reference for improving the teaching efficiency of vocational planning courses in colleges.
