大学生抗挫折能力与父母教养方式:心理弹性的中介效应  

College Students’ Anti-Frustration Ability and Parental Rearing Patterns:The Mediating Effect of Psychological Resilience

摘　　要：为了探讨大学生抗挫折能力与父母教养方式及心理弹性的关联,采用简式父母教养方式量表(S-EMBU)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和一般抗挫折能力量表对726名大学生进行调查。研究结果发现:(1)不同特征的大学生在抗挫折能力、父母教养方式和心理弹性上有显著差异;(2)父母消极教养方式与大学生心理弹性、抗挫折能力各维度呈显著负相关,父母积极教养方式与大学生心理弹性、抗挫折能力呈显著正相关;(3)父母积极/消极教养方式既直接预测大学生抗挫折能力,又通过心理弹性间接预测抗挫折能力,中介效应分别占66.0%、29.6%。因此得出大学生父母教养方式、抗挫折能力和心理弹性两两相关,心理弹性在父母教养方式与大学生抗挫折能力间起部分中介作用的结论。To explore the relationship between parental rearing styles and college students ’anti-frustration ability, as well as the mediating role of psychological resilience. A survey of 726 college students was conducted using the Short Parenting Style Inventory(SEMBU), the Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) and the General Anti-frustration Scale. The results of the study found that:(1) college students with different characteristics have significant differences in parental rearing styles, psychological resilience and anti-frustration ability;(2) the negative parenting styles of parents are significantly negatively correlated with the dimensions of college students ’psychological resilience and anti-frustration ability, and the positive parenting styles are significantly positively correlated with college students ’psychological resilience and anti-frustration ability;(3) positive/negative parenting styles not only directly predict college students ’antifrustration ability, but also indirectly predict college students ’anti-frustration ability through psychological resilience. Intermediary effects accounted for 66.0% and 29.6% respectively. Therefore, it is concluded that parenting style, anti-frustration ability and psychological resilience of college students are related, and psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between parenting style and college students’ anti-frustration ability.
