摘  要:运用问卷法,在修订适合中国大学生群体的目标调整量表基础上,通过交叉滞后设计探讨抑郁与目标调整的关系。研究发现:第一,修订后的目标调整量表包括两个维度,分别是目标脱离和目标再参与。修订后的目标调整量表内部一致性水平良好,符合心理测量学可以接受的标准。第二,交叉滞后分析表明,在目标调整的两个维度中,目标脱离不是影响抑郁水平的关键因素,但目标再参与对个体的抑郁水平起着至关重要的作用。在不同的目标脱离水平上,目标再参与对抑郁水平的影响也会不同,高目标脱离且低目标再参与的能力与抑郁关系最密切。另外,大学生的目标调整能力与抑郁倾向是相互影响、互为因果的。Based on the revision of the goal adjustment scale for Chinese college students, this study explored the relationship between depression and goal adjustment through cross-lagged design. The findings are as follows: first, the revised goal adjustment scale includes two dimensions: goal disengagement and goal re-participation. The internal consistency level of the revised goal adjustment scale was good, which was in line with the acceptable standard of psychometrics. Second, cross-lagged analysis showed that goal disengagement was not the key factor affecting depression level in the two dimensions of goal adjustment, but goal re-participation played a crucial role in the individual’s depression level. At different goal disengagement levels, the effect of goal re-engagement on depression level is also different. The ability of tall students to disengage from goal and low goal re-engagement is most closely related to depression. In addition,the goal adjustment ability of college students and depression tendency are mutual influence, mutual cause and effect.
