摘 要:为了保证晶闸管的可靠稳定运行,提高水冷系统流量设计的精确度,提出了基于结温限值核算水冷系统流量的优化算法——结温算法。该算法通过预设晶闸管运行结温限值、进阀水温,结合晶闸管的热阻和散热器热阻,计算出阀冷却所需的水冷系统流量值。结果表明,通过结温算法进行水冷系统流量设计,在保证晶闸管运行结温的同时可提升水冷系统的可靠性与经济性,为水冷系统流量设计优化提供理论依据。In order to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the thyristor and improve the accuracy of the flow design of the water-cooling system,an optimization algorithm based on the junction temperature limit to calculate the flow of the water-cooling system,the junction temperature algorithm,is proposed.By presetting the thyristor operating junction temperature limitand inlet valve water temperature,combined with the thermal resistance of the thyristor and the thermal resistance of the radiator,the flow rate of the water-cooling system required for valve cooling is calculated.he results show that the flow design of the water cooling system by the junction temperature algorithm can improve the reliability and economy of the water cooling system while ensuring the operating junction temperature of the thyristor,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the flow design of the water cooling system.
