摘 要:将有机合成路线设计中的逆合成分析思维方法有机地应用于农药合成课程教学过程中,突破常规教学模式的约束,通过“观察、拆分、转化、整理”四步教学法,对具体农药品种的逆向合成分析,归纳总结出切实可行的合成路线,可推广应用到同类型课程教学中。该教学创新方法不但解决了农药合成教学过程中枯燥无味并且难以抓住关键的难题,而且培养和提高了学生逆向思维分析的能力,将其农药合成路线设计方法和技巧推向一个新的高度,获得了事半功倍的效果。作为重要创新教学改革,其教学研究成果对其他精细化学品的合成路线设计教学具有很强的借鉴作用。This study explores the application of retrosynthetic analysis in organic synthesis route design to the teaching of pesticide synthesis. This teaching practice applies the four-step method “observe, separate, transform and arrange” to enable the retrosynthetic analysis of specific pesticides. A feasible synthesis route that can be applied in other similar courses has been found using this method. Results show that this new teaching method can overcome the limitations of traditional teaching methods. It solves the tedious and challenging problems in teaching pesticide synthesis and also cultivates and expands the students’ ability to reverse thinking. This new teaching approach significantly improves the methods and techniques of route design in pesticide synthesis, is substantially effective, and requires half the effort. Ten years of exploration and improvement resulted in excellent teaching outcomes. The achievements of this major innovative teaching reform provide a valuable reference for teaching the synthesis route design of other fine chemicals.
