摘 要:详细介绍了在特种冶金领域中真空精密铸造装备的总体结构布局与设计,根据航空发动机高温合金叶片生产工艺(单晶、等轴晶、定向晶)需求和航空航天精密铸件的材料成型凝固特点,采取量身定制化非标设计,提高航空铸件的成材率,改善铸件微观结晶品质,优化智能化数字制造布局。大大提高了真空精密铸造装备的自动化、数字化、智能化水平。本设计成功打破了长期以来欧美对高端装备的技术垄断和贸易壁垒,为国防军工领域解决“卡脖子”难题,为中国航空提高产能发挥了重要的保障作用,推进了国产高端特殊冶金装备的产业化进程。The overall structure layout and design of vacuum precision casting equipment in the field of special metallurgy has been introduced in detail in the text.According to the production process(single crystal,equiaxed crystal,oriented crystal)requirements of aero-engine super-alloy blades and the material forming solidification characteristics of aerospace precision castings,the customized non-standard design has been adopted to improve the yield of aerospace castings,improve the microscopic crystal quality of castings,and optimize the layout of intelligent digital manufacturing.The automation,digitization and intelligence level of vacuum precision casting equipment has been greatly improved.This design successfully breaks the technical monopoly and trade barriers of Europe&the United States on high-end equipment for a long time,while solves the problem of"stuck neck"in the field of national defense&military industry and plays an important role in guaranteeing the production capacity of China Aviation Development Corporation,which promotes the industrialization process of domestic high-end special metallurgical equipment.
