仰卧起坐运动状态下运动文胸压力舒适性研究

摘　　要：为研究仰卧起坐运动状态下一片式无缝运动文胸作用于人体的静、动态压力舒适性,使用马丁测量仪测量了6位胸型为75B的年轻女性在裸胸、穿着一片式无缝运动文胸、普通运动文胸和普通文胸时的尺寸,采用服装压力测试仪Flexiforce对人体的BP点、鸡心位、肩、侧比、后背等位置处的8个测试点进行静态压力测试和仰卧起坐时的动态压力测试以及主观舒适度评价。研究发现:穿着一片式无缝运动文胸各点压力值小,压力分布更均匀,舒适性更好;但在做仰卧起坐运动时罩杯和下围织带向上滑移,肩带向颈部内侧滑移,文胸下围有卷边。一片式无缝运动文胸的设计应注重优化肩带、罩杯和下围织带,以期为运动文胸企业开发、生产和销售提供理论参考。In order to study the static and dynamic pressure comfort of seamless sports braw hen doing sit-ups, six young women with chest size of 75 B were measured with Martin measuring instrument when they were bare-breasted, wearing seamless sports bra, ordinary sports bra and ordinary bra. Flexiforce pressure tester was used to perform static pressure test and dynamic pressure test when doing sit-ups and subjective comfort evaluation on eight test points including BP point, chicken heart position, shoulder, side ratio, back, etc.. The results show that the one-piece seamless sports bra has a small pressure value at each point, a more uniform distribution, and better comfort. However, the cup and the lower band slip move upward when doing the sit-ups movement, the shoulder band slip to the inside of the neck, and the bra has a curling edge. The one-piece seamless sports bra should be optimized in the design of the shoulder band, the cup and the lower band slip.This study aims to provide theoretical reference for the development, production and sales of sports bra enterprises.
