摘　　要：目的 分析海南省4个肿瘤登记地区汉族和少数民族恶性肿瘤整体发病水平和主要癌种及其顺位,为今后该地区肿瘤防治工作提供科学依据。方法 收集整理2015年海南省昌江黎族自治县(简称昌江)、定安县(简称定安)、陵水黎族自治县(简称陵水)和琼海市(简称琼海)4个国家肿瘤登记地点上报的恶性肿瘤发病数据,估算各民族年龄别人口,按照《中国肿瘤登记工作指导手册(2016)》中的推荐方法分析汉族和少数民族恶性肿瘤粗发病率、2000年中国标准人口构成发病率(中标率)、Segi’s标准人口构成发病率(世标率)、累积率(0~74岁)、截缩率(35~64岁)、前10位恶性肿瘤构成和顺位。结果 2015年海南省4个肿瘤登记地区覆盖1 385 943人,占全省人口的15.27%。汉族人群发病2 432例,发病率为211.34/10万,中标率180.63/10万,世标率175.06/10万,累积率(0~74岁)19.23%,截缩率(35~64岁)267.27/10万;少数民族发病497例,发病率为152.30/10万,中标率127.67/10万,世标率122.60/10万,累积率(0~74岁)12.93%,截缩率(35~64岁)231.97/10万,少数民族各肿瘤统计指标整体低于汉族人群。汉族人群前5位肿瘤依次是肝癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌和乳腺癌,少数民族前5位肿瘤依次是肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌和甲状腺癌。15岁以前恶性肿瘤的发病率较低,15~49岁整体呈增长趋势;50岁后,少数民族的发病率曲线低于汉族。儿童组(0~14岁)汉族和少数民族均以白血病和神经系统肿瘤为主,青年组(15~44岁)以肝癌、乳腺癌和甲状腺癌为主,壮年组(45~65岁)以肝癌、肺癌和胃癌为主,老年组(65岁以上)以肺癌、肝癌和结直肠癌为主。结论 海南省4个肿瘤登记地区汉族人群恶性肿瘤整体发病水平高于少数民族,建议重点关注肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、鼻咽癌和乳腺癌和少数民族男性口腔癌以及汉族女性结直肠癌。Objective To obtain the overall incidence level, main cancer species and their sequence of malignant tumors of Han nationality and minority nationality in 4 tumor registration areas of Hainan Province, and provide scientific basis for tumor prevention and treatment in this area in the future.Methods The incidence data of malignant tumors in 4 national tumor registration sites of Hainan Province in 2015 were collected and reviewed, and the age-specific population of various ethnic groups were estimated reasonably, then the crude incidence rate, the age-standardized rate of China population in 2000(ASR China),the age-standardized rate of Segi’s population(ASR world),cumulative rate of 0-74 years old, truncated rate of 35-64 years old and the composition and ranking of top ten malignant tumor were calculated according to the recommended methods in the Chinese Guideline for Cancer Registration(2016).Results In 2015,four registered areas in Hainan Province covered 1 385 943 people, accounting for 15.27% of the province’s population.It was registered that the Han population had 2 432 incidence cases in 2015.The incidence rate, the ASR China, ASR world, cumulative rate of 0-74 years old and truncated rate of 35-64 years old were 211.34/10^(5),180.63/10^(5),175.06/10^(5),19.23% and 267.27/10^(5) respectively in Han population.However, all kinds of cancer statistical indexes of Minority were lower than that of Han population, 497 incidence cases of Minority of Hainan were registered in 2015.In Minority population, the incidence rate, the ASR China, ASR world, cumulative rate of 0-74 years old and truncated rate of 35-64 years old were 152.30/10^(5),127.67/10^(5),122.60/10^(5),12.93% and 231.97/10^(5),respectively.The top 5 tumors in the Han population were liver cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, stomach cancer and breast cancer, and the top 5 tumors in the ethnic minority population were liver cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, breast cancer and thyroid cancer, respectively.The incidence of malignant tumor bef
