摘 要:目的:探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group protein B1,HMGB1)基因多态性与中国汉族人群慢性牙周炎(chronic periodontitis,CP)易感性的关系。方法:选取150例CP患者作为CP组,健康体检正常者100例作为对照组。检测所有研究对象HMGB1基因单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)位点多态性,应用Logistic回归分析HMGB1基因多态性与CP发病的关系。结果:CP组HMGB1基因rs2249825位点CC、CG、GG基因型分布频率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CP组HMGB1基因rs2249825位点G等位基因频率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在显性模式和隐性模式中,CP组HMGB1基因rs2249825位点基因型分布与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),与CC基因型比较,CG和GG基因型与CP发病有关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,rs2249825位点基因多态性与CP发病相关,且CG/GG突变型诱发CP发病的风险加大。结论:HMGB1基因rs2249825位点多态性与中国人群CP发病密切相关,其CG/GG突变型可能增加了CP发病的风险。Objective:To investigate the relationship between high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)gene polymorphism and susceptibility to chronic periodontitis(CP)in Chinese Han population.Methods:The 150 patients with CP were selected as the CP group and 100 patients with normal physical examination were selected as the control group.The single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of HMGB1 gene was detected in all subjects,and the relationship between HMGB1 gene polymorphism and CP was analyzed by logistic regression.Results:The distribution frequency of CC,CG and GG genotypes at rs2249825 of HMGB1 gene in CP group was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05).The frequency of G alleles at rs2249825 of HMGB1 gene in CP group was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05).In the dominant mode and recessive mode,the genotype distribution of rs2249825 locus of HMGB1 gene in CP Group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with CC genotype,CG and GG genotype were related to the pathogenesis of CP(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that rs2249825 gene polymorphism was associated with CP,and CG/GG mutation increased the risk of CP.Conclusion:The rs2249825 polymorphism of HMGB1 gene locus is closely related to the pathogenesis of CP in Chinese population,and its CG/GG mutation may increase the risk of CP.
