牙周炎对妊娠期并发贫血影响的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期牙周炎对妊娠期并发贫血的影响。方法:通过纳入112例妊娠中晚期孕妇,采用横断面研究的调查方法观察年龄、文化程度、孕前体质指数、孕程、孕期含铁食物摄入频次、吸烟史、刷牙频率、定期洁治习惯、牙线使用习惯与牙周炎病史妊娠期并发贫血的相关性。采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析影响妊娠期并发贫血的危险因素;结果:牙周炎、孕晚期和孕期含铁食物摄入频次低均是妊娠期并发贫血的独立危险因素(P<0.05),且血红蛋白浓度与牙周袋深度、附着丧失均存在负相关关系(P<0.05),而与GI间相关性不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:牙周炎是妊娠期并发贫血的危险因素,关注牙周健康,对妊娠期并发贫血的预防和控制具有重要意义。Objective:To study the association between periodontitis and anemia in pregnancy.Methods:One hundred and twelve women in middle or late pregnancy were included.Association between age,education,body mass index before pregnancy,pregnancy routine,frequency of iron intake during pregnancy,smoking history,frequency of brushing teeth,regular dental cleaning habit,flossing habit and periodontitis history and anemia during pregnancy were conducted based on cross-sectional study.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors of anemia during pregnancy.Results:Periodontitis,low frequency of intake of iron-containing foods during the third trimester and pregnancy were independent risk factors for anemia during pregnancy(P<0.05),and hemoglobin concentration was negatively correlated with periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between hemoglobin concentration and GI(P>0.05).Conclusion:Periodontitis is a risk factor of pregnancy anemia.It is of great significance to pay attention to periodontal health for the prevention and control of pregnancy anemia.
